Which payment methods do you accept?
We only accept GBP British Stirling pounds Via our online website, you can pay either with a debit card, a credit card using our paypal account.
We also accept BACS or International Bank Transfer into our account if all fees are paid by the sender.
I'm from overseas and my parcel has not arrived!
We can understand the frustration associated with a late parcel. A late parcel could be the result of any number of reasons within the either countries postal system. The usual delivery time for a Standard Air Mail item is 4-30 days Please understand that we have no control over customs or your country's postal system. BEFORE you contact us regarding a late parcel, please check with your local post office. In most cases parcels that do not arrive at your home are waiting for you at the post office for collection.
Do you ship your products to the U.S.?
Yes we do, go to our website, add an item to the shopping cart, go to checkout and change the country to USA,.
What is your return policy?
We will replace any product found to be not of marketable quality.
What is your refund policy?
We will refund any product if your not happy but you must notify us within 7 days.
Who do you use for delivery in the UK
Most items are sent by Guernsey Post which links into the 1st Class Royal Mail service, if you have paid for an express service then we would either use Nextday Tracked in the UK
Orders over £100 are post free.
Is UK VAT pre-paid?
Yes. Although the busts are posted from Guernsey we do have an arrangement to pre-pay UK VAT.
Is EU VAT (or its equivalent) paid?
Unfortunately not. The Guernsey postal service does not have any arrangement to enable any EU taxes (apart from UK VAT) to be pre-paid, so that is a small chance some parcels may attract EU taxes. We do not charge postage costs to EU addresses in an attempt to offset any taxes which may be applied.
How do you use to deliver in Europe and Rest of World?
Most items are sent via Guernsey Post / Royal Mail, on our checkout page you can choose between standard, signed for services.
What if I order several items and one is out of stock?
Being a small business we keep a stock of all of our produces so they should be all in stock. If for any reason we do not have one in stock it would be cast to your order.
Do we sell painted figures
No, we only sell model kits, these need to be assembled and painted.
